Yesterday, I entered into an environment and was heart-sickened by what I saw. It was not something that could be ignored, although it appeared many present were blind to what seemed so obvious to me. My husband and I later realized we saw the same thing and were sickened in the same way. There were people – young and old – unknowingly falling into the trap of ignorance and being bamboozled by the systems of bondage that were purposefully devised for their destruction.Our hearts were sick! Sickened by the ignorance – the lack of knowledge and more importantly, the lack of acknowledgment. For it’s one thing to not have the information to make an informed decision. However, it is a different beast when one has the information; but lacks the desire or enlightenment and personal fortitude to make a wise decision (mental assent) and choice (action) according to the knowledge they have acquired.
Acknowledgment is the Manifestation of Knowledge through Purposeful Action!
One day my husband put it so eloquently to assist our children in understanding this concept. Something in our behavior patterns should reflect the knowledge we have obtained. To say you know and yet not yield a result in your behavior that reflects the information you claim you have, says you really don’t truly know. The information has made a simple mental impression that you’ve chosen to dismiss or ignore. Unfortunately, knowledge has not been honored with a response.
Refuse to remain disillusioned to the true condition of your existence and release yourself into the Truth of Living. This is achieved through being awakened to Truth that is released to eradicate ignorance – lack of knowledge or acknowledgment – in any area of your life.
That particular day, we were heart-sickened by one’s ignorance to the systems of bondage that are devised to keep one existing behind the eight ball, if you will. For greater clarification, let me share with you an example. Any time you can make a series of installments, find yourself managing in a difficult financial crisis, and someone has the legal right to take back the item regardless of all the installments you've previously made…that’s a system of bondage.
Yes, I hear you…"I’m not managing in a difficult financial crisis, and the systems of bondage seem to work for me". Choose to remember you cannot continue to play with fire and not be burned. Eventually the flames you have previously escaped are devised to burn you somehow.
Maybe you still have your items in your possession; however, do the items really possess you?
· Do you labor night and day, worrying how you’re going to make those installments on time?
· Does fear and forebodings keep you from experiencing a peaceful nights rest?
· Do you, your spouse, and children pass each other like ships in the night just to wake up one morning and not recognize each other anymore?
· Has your house become more important than your home?
· Are you wearing, driving, listening to, and seeing everyone else’s vision, while your destiny lies dormant and in a perpetual state of potential?
It’s TIME to Wake up to the Freedom of Truth!
There is a high price to pay for the state of ignorance – the lack of knowing or the lack of acknowledging. No longer give valid reasons permission to become the excuses that keep you confined to the systems of bondage. Look beyond the limitations of what has always been and reach towards what could always be. Truly, the choice is yours!
