Food for Champions by Julianne Pearson

Back when I was a little girl, I remember the cereal “Wheaties” was coined as the “breakfast of champions”.  The commercials and the box of cereal showcased notable champions for endorsement purposes.  Since everyone desires to be a champion in one way or another, it really didn’t matter to most if these celebrities actually ate Wheaties or not.  The point was:  This cereal promised to help us accomplish something every breathing individual desires – VICTORY!  {Let me encourage you to acknowledge that it takes much more than a bowl of flakes and a cup of milk to become a champion.}  One of the most important ingredients to becoming a champion – one that is accustom to winning over and over again – are the words one chooses to eat.  That’s right!  The words you choose to listen to, meditate on, and speak are an integral part to you becoming a champion and experiencing overwhelming victory. 

      Since the moment God awakened me to the Truth that I had been blessed with the gift of exhortation through the use of words, it is the primary channel He uses to inspire, encourage, and uplift me.  Therefore the very thing God has anointed me to give as nourishment to others is the very thing He uses to feed, maintain, and sustain me in my journey of life on earth.

      During this past week, I was expressing to my husband how grateful I am that although the enemy has attempted to make his destructive, discouraging voice heard through the demonically induced circumstances of this season, God has purposed for His Voice to resonate louder and more frequently in the ear of all who are discerning enough to embrace the revelations He is continually releasing.  Subsequently, this has increased my desire to see and experience God in everything and everywhere.  This passionate pursuit has given God the opportunity to encourage, inspire, and uplift me in ways I had not experienced before. 

      Like any other conquering event, it only seems right to share this Victory Dish with you so that you too may have the opportunity to experience morsels of encouragement, inspiration, and an uplifting encounter.   Therefore, as you read through this Food for Champions and inspirational thoughts I have chosen to share, purpose to position yourself in a posture to receive all that God desires to release to you in this moment. 

§  You’re NOT duplicatable! – Purposefully walk in your authentic expression.  No one can be you like you!  Attempting to operate in anyone other than the divinely designed creation that you are is simply a waste of time.  On the real, you don’t have any time to waste.

§  Expand your vision! – Your perception is your reality.  Redefine your reality by first increasing your ability to envision much more than you are currently experiencing.  To be more, you must first see more.  Choose to live from the inside out!  Remember, if you can’t see it, you won’t seize it!

§  The miracle of your gift! – You had nothing to do with receiving your gift but have everything to do with giving it.  The miracle of your gift begins with faith – believing what God has said.  For it takes faith:  1) To build upon your gift; 2) To willingly serve your gift; and 3) To produce results according to your gift even in a state of captivity. 

§  When your “why” is big enough, the “how” won’t matter! – The “whys” in our lives are the motivating forces that fortify us and propel us forward when endeavoring to accomplish a goal.  When our “why” is big enough even when the “how” or process we must embrace becomes difficult, it will outweigh anything we must endure. 

§  There are people depending on you NOT to quit! -  Quitting is the choice of those who have allowed their view to distort their vision.  You are an answer to someone’s problem; a remedy to another’s ill.  And since you’re NOT duplicatable, you are the only viable option for someone you possibly haven’t even met yet.  Therefore, NEVER GIVE UP!

      Silence the voice of the enemy by giving these inspiring words permission to motivate you to live a more empowered life regardless of what you may be currently experiencing.  Allow the champion in you to arise until your taste buds are dulled to settling for anything less ever again.
